• Khaled Hadjeres LLC offers web development, UI/UX design, and other related digital services as outlined in the specific service agreement for each project.
• Each project will have its own defined scope, timeline, and deliverables as specified in the service agreement.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment Method: Payments are processed via Stripe or any other agreed-upon payment method.
• Deposit and Balance Payments: A non-refundable deposit is required to begin work. The remaining balance is typically due upon project completion unless other terms are agreed upon in writing.
• Late Payments: Late payments may result in a delay in project delivery. In cases where payments are overdue by more than 30 days, additional fees or interest may apply, as specified in the service agreement.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation by Client: If a client wishes to cancel a project after work has begun, any deposit paid is non-refundable. A prorated amount may be refunded based on the percentage of the project completed, at Khaled Hadjeres LLC's discretion.
• Cancellation by Khaled Hadjeres LLC: We reserve the right to cancel any project if the client violates our Terms of Use or engages in inappropriate or unprofessional behavior. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
• Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital and customized services, refunds are generally not offered once work has commenced. However, if there is a material failure on our part to deliver the agreed-upon services, we may consider a partial refund after review.

4. Quality Assurance and Revisions

• We are committed to delivering high-quality work and offer a reasonable number of revisions as outlined in each service agreement.
• Revisions that fall outside of the agreed-upon scope may incur additional fees.

5. Project Completion

Once a project is completed, all files, designs, or other deliverables will be handed over to the client after full payment is received. We are not responsible for any changes made to our work by the client or a third party once deliverables are transferred.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Khaled Hadjeres LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the deliverables or services provided, including but not limited to errors, omissions, or losses incurred by the client.
